Our company is dedicated to providing professional services to our customers. We recognize the importance of fast delivery and strive to meet your needs in a timely manner, (even in Cyprus. ;) To help address common inquiries, please check out our FAQ section below!

𝗤. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

A. Our shop is in Geroskipou Paphos but we deliver via ACS and AKIS Express Island wide across the Republic of Cyprus.

𝗤. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

A. We try to be as fast as possible! Usually Deliveries take 2-3 working days from when you place your order. Depending on the courier and delivery option you choose.

𝗤. WHAT IS THE QUICKEST DELIVERY OPTION?

A. At check out, select the option to your nearest ACS office and pay online. Especially during busy times, collecting from an ACS office is a faster option than choosing home delivery.  

Please be sure to state which ACS is your preferred option at the checkout so that we know exactly where to send your order.

𝗤. HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

A. When you make an order you immediately receive an email with your tracking number & confirmation receipt. You can follow your package position all the way with the tracking number on the ACS or Akis website. (depending what delivery option you choose, we select the courier that will get it to you the fastest!)

𝗤. CAN I PLACE AN ORDER VIA MESSENGER, INSTA OR TICKTOK?

A. No, all orders must be placed on our online shop to ensure you receive your confirmation email with your tracking number. 

Our social platforms are only for inquiries and questions.

Q. Can I pay cash on delivery?

A. Sure can! At check out select option for cash on delivery. We understand using any online shop sometimes people prefer to check the services first before using any card details. 

𝗤. CAN I PAY BY CARD?

A. Yes. At the checkout, select the pay by card option to pay securely online. We DO NOT STORE any card details, or your information. Alternatively, you can pay cash on delivery.
